Frequently Asked Questions

About the planner
What does the daily planner actually do?
It turns your goals, niche keywords and available time into a short checklist for today: answer your mentions, reply to a few posts in your niche, follow a small number of people you would read, add contacts to a private list, post once. Each step that needs a search comes with x.com links you open yourself.
Does it connect to my X account?
No. It never asks you to sign in, never asks for a password or API key and cannot act on your account. The optional handle field is only used to build a search link for replies sent to you.
Where is my plan saved?
In your browser's local storage on this device. Your keywords and goals are remembered, and ticks reset each day. Nothing is sent to us, and clearing this site's data removes it.
Why do the links need me to be signed in to X?
X only shows search results to signed-in users. The links work the same way as typing the search yourself in the X app or on x.com.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. The planner works in any modern mobile browser, and the x.com links open in the X app if you have it installed, depending on your phone's settings.
X's rules and limits
Is it against X's rules to use an auto-follow app?
Yes. X's automation rules say you may not follow or unfollow accounts in a bulk, aggressive or indiscriminate manner, and apps that claim to increase follower counts are prohibited. The platform manipulation policy also bans automated following and follow churn.
How many accounts can I follow per day?
X's help center sets a technical limit of 400 follows per day, and once you follow 5,000 accounts further follows depend on your own follower-to-following ratio. Those are ceilings, not targets. Aggressive following can get an account locked well before you reach them.
Can I schedule posts?
Yes. Scheduling your own original posts is generally fine, and X itself offers scheduling in its web tools. The automation rules are about things like automated replies to strangers, automated likes, automated following and duplicate or spammy content.
Is it allowed to use templates for replies?
Writing replies by hand from your own notes is fine. Sending the same reply to many people in a short time looks like spam, and X's rules prohibit automated replies based on keyword searches. Edit every reply for the person you're answering.
Are follow-for-follow trains allowed?
No. X's platform manipulation policy bans reciprocal follow schemes, including follow trains, along with buying or selling followers and engagement.
Growing an account
How long does it take to grow by hand?
It depends on your niche and how often you show up, but most people who reply well every day for a few weeks see steady growth in followers who actually engage. The early weeks are slow; the followers you gain tend to stay.
Should I follow back everyone who follows me?
No. Follow back people whose posts you want to see. Following everyone back fills your timeline with accounts you'll never read and makes it harder to spot the conversations that matter.
Is it rude to unfollow people?
Not if you do it occasionally and by hand. Unfollowing someone whose posts no longer interest you is normal. Following people only to unfollow them once they follow back is follow churn, which X prohibits.
Does buying followers help?
No. It breaks X's rules, purchased accounts don't engage, and a large follower count with no replies or likes makes an account look less credible, not more.
